Style: A Beaujolais style of shiraz. Early picked, wild-fermented, aged in concrete/old oak. Organic, light, fun and ‘sessionable’.
2021 Ablington Vineyard Chardonnay

Varietal: White
Style: A beautiful, modern expression of a Hunter chardy. Organic, wild-fermented in neutral puncheons, refined and complex.
2021 BREAKING GROUND BARBERA

Varietal: Red
Style: A lighter-framed example that’s bright and crunchy with lively acidity. Organic, whole-bunch and wild fermented. Delicious.
